Our Mission

The mission of Talent Under One Roof (TUOR) is:

• To encourage children and adults of all ages to develop their full creative potential through music and performing arts in New York City.

• To create a unique environment through music in which children of all ages, abilities, and experience feel free to imagine, create, and welcome the arts into their lives. 

• To make children realize that music and the arts are a viable form of creative expression that can develop into a lifelong career.

• To bridge the gap between music theories and practice that is sorely missing in the music that children and young people listen today.

• To provide a professional work environment that is challenging, rewarding, creative, and respectful of ideas and individuals.
